Job Summary
The Sales & Partnerships Lead is responsible for driving patient volume, revenue growth, and strategic collaborations for the hospital. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with corporate organizations, insurance providers, HMOs, referring physicians, and community partners, while developing and executing sales strategies to expand the hospital’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase patient volume and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities across corporate, retail, and institutional segments.
Promote hospital services (e.g., diagnostics, specialist care, surgeries, wellness packages).
2. Partnerships & Business Development
Build and manage partnerships with:
Corporate organizations (for employee healthcare services)
Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) and insurance providers
Government agencies and NGOs
Referring doctors and clinics
Negotiate and close partnership agreements and service contracts.
3. Corporate & Institutional Sales
Drive corporate account acquisition and retention.
Design customized healthcare packages for organizations.
Manage key accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.
4. Market Expansion
Identify new markets and outreach opportunities.
Organize health camps, medical outreaches, and awareness programs.
Represent the hospital at events, conferences, and networking forums.
5. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients.
Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Improve referral networks and patient loyalty.

 

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage
  • Experience
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or pharmaceutical sectors preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
