Job Summary
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s pharmaceutical products, both healthcare and non-healthcare products, to people within an assigned territory. The role involves building strong professional relationships with healthcare providers, achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring consistent product awareness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other professionals.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Increase product penetration within the assigned territory
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product performance.
- Gather and report market data to support business decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND/OND in Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry or equivalent.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
